As a team, we work with the patient, family, and physician to insure each patient's return to good health. A specific treatment plan is developed on a case-by-case basis providing for nursing services and various therapies as needed. Or we will simply follow the regime prescribed by the patient's physician. Once underway, we follow up with frequent case management evaluations to check patient's progress and to adjust their treatment accordingly.
